выбирал девушке по отзывам, размер взял на +1, но всё-таки решает фигура, оказались чуть свободны, рекомендую тщательно измерять и сравнить с размерной сеткой, учесть что шорты отлично тянутся. Что касается состава, сплошной поролон, капелька геля в больших подушечках , не более. Не очень советую, но для первой пробы подойдет.
